Advertising and marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control. SCALE37 makes no guarantees regarding leads, sales, revenue, ROAS, profitability, ad approvals, account stability, or performance of any kind.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun constitutes a material breach of these Terms. SCALE37 may suspend Services immediately and pursue recovery of amounts owed, including reasonable collection costs where permitted.
SCALE37 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at any time for any lawful reason, including non-payment, policy violations, risk concerns, or misalignment.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or unsolicited ideas. Any information submitted is deemed non-confidential and may be used without obligation.
You agree not to use reviews, complaints, or public statements as leverage to demand refunds or concessions.
All Site content, branding, frameworks, processes, and materials are owned by SCALE37 unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
